To promote the release of One Shot by Murda Beatz featuring Blxst & Wale, I was commissioned to create a nostalgic, basketball-themed promo video that would capture attention online. The brief was to recreate the iconic intro sequence from the classic video game NBA Jam, tying into the track’s official music video, which heavily referenced basketball culture.

The project began with reference pulls from early ‘90s NBA Jam gameplay and arcade branding. I matched the aesthetic through pixelated type, lo-fi transitions, and punchy cutaway edits that mirrored the game's original rhythm and energy.

Blending retro sports visuals with hip hop themes, I designed and animated a high energy promo inspired by the legendary NBA Jam game intros. The result was a fast-paced, scroll stopping piece of content optimised for social engagement.
